Cancellation Policy

  1. Eligibility for Cancellation To be eligible for a cancellation, you must meet the following criteria:
    1. Order Status

Your order must be in "Confirmed" or "Processing" status. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

    1. Cancellation Window

You must initiate the cancellation within 1 hour of placing the order.

  1. Process for Cancellation To initiate a cancellation, please follow these steps:
    1. Contact Customer Support

Contact our customer support team via email, phone, or chat to request a cancellation.

    1. Provide Information

Provide the following information to our customer support team:

  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation
    1. Cancellation Approval

Once we receive your cancellation request, we will review it and approve or deny the cancellation.

    1. Refund Processing

If your order has not been shipped, we will process a refund to the original payment method used to make the purchase.

Refunds may take up to 3 business days to process.

  1. Exclusions from Cancellations

The following products are not eligible for cancellations:

  • Perishable goods, such as food and flowers
  • Personal care products, such as cosmetics and hygiene products
  • Customized or personalized products
