Account Deletion:

    • Upon selecting "Delete Account," the app will likely prompt you to confirm your decision.
    • Confirm the deletion by following the on-screen instructions, which may include entering your password for verification.
  5. Confirmation of Deletion:

    • After confirming the deletion, the app should provide a confirmation message indicating that your account has been successfully deleted.

NOTE: After deleting account all personal data are erased from our database and cannot be retrieved. 

Tienda Driver App Data Usage:

The Tienda Driver App collects real-time location data, device location data, and runs in the background. We collect this information to help with order tracking and the availability of drivers. The location data helps us to match drivers with nearby orders and to provide accurate delivery estimates to our customers. The app runs in the background to ensure that drivers can continue to receive order notifications and updates even when the app is not actively open on their device.

At Tienda, we take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal information. We will never sell or share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.
