1.4 Device & Usage Information

1.5 Location Data (Driver App Only)

If you are a delivery partner, we collect:

  1. Real-time GPS location
  2. Background location data (even when the app is closed)

Used for: assigning orders, route optimization, and real-time tracking. This data is collected only with your permission and is essential for delivery operations.

1.6 Vendor Information

If you are a vendor, we collect:

  1. Business name
  2. KRA PIN
  3. Bank account information
  4. Shop Contact information

Used for: vendor payments, order management, and service delivery.

2. How We Use Your Information

  2. Tap on profile

  3. Choose Delete Account and follow the confirmation steps

Note: Once your account is deleted, your data is permanently erased and cannot be recovered.

  • Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in emails

  • Updating your preferences in the app

  • Contacting us directly

9. Tienda Driver App – Background Location Use

The Tienda Driver App collects background location data to support order matching, route optimization, and delivery tracking even when the app is closed or not in use. This ensures uninterrupted delivery operations and timely notifications. Background location access is always disclosed and must be explicitly granted by the driver.
